IDP90 — Terms of Service

1. The short version

IDP90 is a player development platform for clubs, coaches, schools, and colleges. By using the platform you agree to treat players' data with care, follow the privacy and consent rules on this page, and only invite people who have a legitimate reason to be there.

2. Accounts & roles

Parents, coaches, club admins, and platform owners each have distinct permissions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

3. Your data

Player data is owned by the player's family. Schools and colleges operate as an educational context — see the FERPA notice for that nuance. We never sell player data.

4. Billing

Seat-based annual pricing is set per organization type. Platform owners can apply custom rates for pilots or contract customers. Invoices are processed through Stripe.

5. Acceptable use

No harassment, no scraping, no reselling player data, no circumventing age or consent controls. We can suspend access for material violations.

6. Changes

We'll post updates here and notify account owners via email when material terms change.
